Campground Rules and Regulations

 

 

Holiday Travel Park is a privately owned campground, and we must enforce our rules. Violators will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to refuse service without notice.

  • Payment for nightly, weekly and monthly campsites must be paid in advance. Visitor and guest rates are based on per person. A 25 % deposit will be required at the time of reservation and full payment is due for the entire stay upon arrival.  All rates are based on two people maximum per site and a charge of Ten Dollars $10 per night will be added to the reservation per person. All visitors must register and pay for overnight guests. If you remain on a site for more than 24 hours past your checkout date and we have no payment from you, your unit will be towed at your expense.  
  • All reservations during our Snowbird season of January, February and March require a Ninety (90) Day minimum stay. (Exceptions considered upon availability)  No Reservation will be made without the 25 % required deposit.
  • All reservations over Ninety (90) Days will require a 50% deposit.  Upon arriving 25 % of the balance will be due and then the remaining 25% balance will be due on the First day of the Fourth Month.
  • A Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) event fee will be added to all reservations if your stay is during one of the three event weeks. (Daytona Speed Week, Daytona Bike Week & Biketoberfest) Only one charge will incur if your stay is within the timeframe of more than one event.
  • A credit card is required to be on file with a signed authorization.
  • Rule & Regulation acknowledgement forms are to be signed and returned before arrival. 
  • Refunds will be given if a cancelation notice is provided thirty (30) days prior to arrival on all reservations less than thirty (30) days and a Sixty (60) Day notice is provided on all reservations over Thirty (30) days minus a Twenty-Five Dollar $25.00 Cancelation fee. The only exceptions are for medical emergencies and death of an immediate family member, which both require written documentation and proof.
  • The only time a rain check will be given is when there’s a mandatory evacuation.
  • No stays are permitted over Six (6) months. You must leave for a minimum of two (2) weeks before returning and no hold will be placed on your site without a reservation and the required deposit.
  • All reservations booked exceeding a thirty (30) day stay are required to submit to a background check for all adults in your party before arrival.  Backgrounds are only valid for one (1) year. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • A valid government issued ID is required for all campers over the age of 18 staying in our campground and a photocopy must be provided.   
  • The checkout time is 12 noon. Late check-out is available for a rate of Ten Dollars $10.00 per hour up until 4:00 P.M. only if the site is available.   
  • All reservations must include a copy of your RV’s registration and a photo of any RV over Ten (10) years old.   No Window Air Units are permitted in RV’s.
  • Drive safely – The speed limit is 10 MPH and will be strictly enforced.
  • Parents are responsible for their children. A parent or other responsible adult must accompany children under 18. Children under 18 must be under adult supervision when using the swimming pool. Florida statute requires all children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet when riding a bicycle or skateboards.
  • Quiet time begins at 10:00 P.M. and ends at 8:00 A.M. during the week and is extended to 12 A.M on Friday and Saturday nights. (Quiet time during special event weeks is extended to 12:00 A.M)   No generators are allowed after this time.
  • Please be considerate and respectful of your camping neighbors and private owners in our park with your TV and Radio volume.
  • Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash not to extend over six feet. We limit two (2) pets per site and proof of current rabies vaccination must be provided before arrival.  Pets are to be kept quiet and should not disturb other guest. No pets are allowed in the swimming pool or swimming pool area. Please Do not leave your pet unattended at your site for extended periods of time. All Dogs that are disturbing other guest by excessive barking will be given one warning and then ask to leave the park if the violation continues. Pets shall always be kept under control.
  • CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET AND DISPOSE OF THE WASTE IN THE DUMPSTER OR DESIGNATED PET WASTE STATIONS ONLY!
  • There are no lifeguards at the swimming pool and the rules are posted at the gate which MUST be obeyed. Absolutely no glass containers or food of any kind are allowed in the pool deck area. The pool is open from Dawn til Dust.
  • Fishing is allowed in the Lake. Catch & release only. No swimming is allowed in Fishing Lake.
  • Campfires are permitted in fire rings, and fires are not permitted during burning bans designated by Flagler County Fire Department.
  • No Canopy over 6 x 6 is permitted on campsites.
  • No trailer, car or motorcycle washing except at designated area.
  • Trailers will only be permitted on our pull-through premium sites and must fit within the designated site area.   All other trailers may be parked in a designated parking area determined by our staff.
  • Campers are only permitted to connect to the electric power source at their designated camping site. No extension cords are permitted to be ran over to other sites.    
  • All campsites must be kept neat and clean, and trash must be disposed of properly in the dumpsters provided.
  • Propane tanks for refill should be dropped off before 10:00 A.M.   Please make sure your name, camping lot number and phone number are on the tank.   Pickup times will be 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • No A.T.V.’s are allowed in the park.
  • We reserve the right to limit political speech as a private entity, including the display of political flags and signs.  Florida Statute covers the regulations of flags within private communities.  We welcome The American flag, The Florida state flag, POW-MIA flags and Flags supporting Law Enforcement and First Responders.
